Suggested acts of penance and reparation:

  1. Attend daily Mass on 5 consecutive Wednesdays.
  2. Fasting and abstinence on Wednesdays and Fridays.
  3. Make a holy hour in front of the Blessed Sacrament each week.
  4. Invoke the prayers of St. Joseph and the Blessed Virgin Mary (rosary with a closing prayer to St. Joseph).
  5. Invoke St. Monica.
