A Legacy of Service
Since our founding in 1882, the Knights of Columbus have been devoted to the core principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. The Order was founded by Father Michael J. McGivney to provide financial support to the widows and orphans of Catholic men. From this humble beginning, we have grown to 1.9 million members. In 2017, we provided over $185 million in charitable donations and 75 million hours of volunteer service. Our insurance program is top-rated and features life, disability, retirement, and long-term care programs available to all members.
St. Monica Council 11237 is one of the most active councils in the area. We support the parish in a number of areas, including: pancake breakfasts, Lenten fish dinners, Eucharistic Adoration, and family activities. If you are new to the parish and are already a Knight, please contact us to transfer your membership to our council. If you are not a Knight, we would love to have you join us! We are open to all Catholic men 18 or older.
