The Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge is sponsored annually, with winners progressing through local, district, and jurisdictional competitions. International champions are announced by the Knights of Columbus international headquarters in New Haven, CT, based on scores from the jurisdiction-level competitions. All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are eligible to participate and will compete in their respective age divisions. All contestants on the local level are recognized for their participation in the event. Participants are required to furnish proof of age and written parental consent. The entry forms will be available in the Narthex beginning on October 10th on the round table.

The competition is through penalty kick competition designed for players to demonstrate their skills.

Children demonstrate the most important skill in soccer – shooting accuracy on the penalty kick – and compete to reach the international level of competition.

Winners may compete at the state competition at St. Monica sports field on November 7th.

Simultaneously we will be having a Free throw challenge
